Our unique ricotta cheese tour was exclusively created to let our guests learn about Sicilian culture throughout an extraordinary experience.
You will go together with your expert Sicilian chef to a local farm, milk the sheep and then help the farmer make ricotta cheese, respecting the tradition.
Afterward, you will take a tour of enchanting botanical gardens and have a magical lunch in a fourteenth centuries castle where you will taste typical Sicilian dishes (also made with the cheese you just created!)
