The local conditions and the climate in some parts of the island, especially near volcano Etna fosters the growth this amazing type of fruit. Sicily is the only territory in the world that produces real Sicilian blood oranges. You will take a tour with your private chef and with local farmers whose lives are devoted to taking daily care of those trees and you will learn how to properly pick them.
Afterward, you will taste typical Sicilian dishes made with oranges… together with some good wine, of course!
We recommend doing this route from December to March.
